Standard

For couples who want a beautifully designed, seamlessly handled celebration without the decision fatigue. With thoughtfully curated style options, you’ll never have to start from a blank page — simply choose what feels most like you, and we’ll take care of the rest. It’s an effortless, elevated approach that keeps the planning simple and the investment intentional.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
Trained Wild Social lead planner
A lead planner trained by Cassie & Mallory will guide you through the Wild Social process, holding your hand the entire way. You’ll never have to guess what you’re supposed to do next or worry that you’re missing something because your lead planner will be the one holding the mental load! On your wedding day, they’ll oversee every detail alongside an assistant planner, ensuring everything comes together seamlessly.
Preset style options
Designed by our team. Chosen by you. No mood board, no decision fatigue. Our team has already done the design work — you choose from a curated set of styles and show up to something beautiful.
Florals
Coordinated floral centerpieces and accent arrangements, two bespoke ceremony arch pieces, six aisle arrangements, and two personal florals for the nearlyweds, such as bouquets and/or boutonnieres, all in your style. All ceremony floral will be repurposed later in the evening.
Bar service
The Wandering Wagon provides a satellite bar, lead bartender, and their Garden to Glass Package, including service for signature cocktails, beer, wine, champagne, hard seltzers, and canned nonalcoholic beverages. All of our couples are welcome to join us at our Spring cocktail tastings to sample the signature menu. Most of our cocktails double as delicious and well-balanced mocktails!
Cake & cupcakes
Cut into a gorgeous six-inch cutting cake and cupcakes from a local Denver baker. Select from over a dozen amazing cake and frosting flavors. Delicious vegan or gluten-free options are available!
Furniture & decor
Banquet tables and chairs for up to 50 guests, your choice of three preset lounge arrangements, a dessert table, card and gift table, and a ceremony arch. Tablescapes include disposable or compostable plates and cutlery, cloth napkins, table runners, vases, florals, and candles.
Signage
Welcome, dessert, and cocktail signage.
Full setup & teardown
Our crew handles it all — you never lift a finger. Setup and teardown happens outside of the included timeline hours.

For the couple who believes the details make the design. The Designer Collection is our most elevated and customizable offering, created for those who want their wedding to feel distinctly their own. From thoughtfully layered tablescapes and elevated furnishings to bespoke floral details and personalized design elements, every part of the celebration is considered as a whole.
With the greatest creative flexibility of all our collections, we'll take your vision, build upon it, and bring it to life through a highly personalized design process. And because the celebration doesn't have to end after the wedding, we'll also plan and manage an additional gathering with your favorite people, whether that's a rehearsal dinner or a send-off brunch.

Wedding management with Cassie & Mallory
Cassie & Mallory will be by your side from the planning process through the wedding day itself. They will guide you through the Wild Social process, holding your hand the entire way. You’ll never have to guess what you’re supposed to do next or worry that you’re missing something because they will be the one holding the mental load! On the day, either Cassie or Mallory will be onsite to lead the coordination and execution of your weekend so everything feels calm, seamless, and completely handled.
Designer Style Options
We’ll make your mood board come to life through a detailed design stage and style everything on the day of. Whether you have a fully fleshed out moodboard or need Mallory to work her magic, we’ll figure out how to make the day reflect you and your relationship. This package will have the most freedom for customization and big ideas! Think luxury linens and highly curated details to bring the vision to life!
Florals
Coordinated floral centerpieces and accent arrangements, 6 ceremony arrangements or a floral hedge, 8 aisle arrangements, and personal florals for the nearlyweds, such as bouquets and/or boutonnieres, all in your style.
Bar service
The Wandering Wagon provides a charming mobile bar, lead bartender, a bar-back, tableside wine service, tableside champagne pours, and their Garden to Glass service featuring fresh ingredients and a mixologist-created menu for both your wedding day and your additional day (brunch or rehearsal dinner). The package includes two specialty cocktails with mocktail versions, glassware, ice, agave straws, beverage napkins, a custom bar menu, grenadine, and other nonalcoholic beverages. You’ll also be invited to a complimentary group cocktail tasting!

Our Mission
Our mission is simple: to make getting married feel like the exciting and joyful experience it should be. We handle the planning, the details, and the logistics so you can spend less time stressing over your wedding and more time enjoying everything that comes with it.
What’s not included in the package price.
The cost of the items below are not included in any Wild Social package — but the planning and management of them are! We work with an extensive preferred list of weddings pros and will help you find, book, and coordinate every vendor or item not covered by your package.
