We get to know who you are and what your vision is
Starting with your inquiry call, we’re learning about you, your boo, and your vision. This foundation plus your answers on our simple questionnaires will lead us to the best options for your venue, photographer, caterer, or any additional vendors you would like for your big day.

You get to live your life and check in on the progress
We curate suggestions and selections for you all the way from choosing outside vendors like venue, to the execution of all the details included in our package such as tablescape design, so you don’t have to research endless options. We’ll keep in touch with video calls and emails.

The wedding day! Arrive ready to celebrate
On your wedding day, our team is on-site running the show. You arrive as the honored guests while we handle the details, timeline, and coordination. The point is for you to enjoy your day with all your guests!

The Wandering Wagon is Wild Social’s in-house mobile bar — known for their garden-to-glass cocktails, fresh-squeezed citrus, mixologist-created menus, and charming mobile bars that become the centerpiece of every reception. Everything is designed to make the bar feel like part of the experience and a focal point for your guests — not just another vendor.
Every Wild Social package includes a bar plus service of two signature cocktails and mocktails, simple mixed drinks, beer, wine, and NA options.
All packages also include an invitation to join a complimentary group cocktail tasting before your big day!

Venue cost is not included in your Wild Social package — but the planning, coordination, and communication with your venue absolutely is.
