A note about our terminology: Because we want to make all of our clients and their guests feel welcomed and celebrated, we use inclusive terminology. You won’t see “brides” or “grooms” mentioned here but instead, Nearlyweds. We look forward to seeing you through from Nearlyweds, to Newlyweds.

OUR SIGNATURE MICRO WEDDING PACKAGE
Now booking for 2024 and 2025. Only offered in CO, WY, UT, and NM between May and October for up to 50 guests plus the Nearlyweds. Takes place at a venue, private property, park, or rental property booked by the Nearlyweds.
What we’re known for! We handle just about everything with our in-house team of seven vendors, so you can feel like the honored guests at your own wedding.

WEDDING MANAGEMENT
Mallory and Cassie will be your planners leading up to your wedding and onsite for event day. We’ll source and manage all of your vendors, create a timeline, and coordinate then execute a five-hour day-of schedule with an option to add more hours if needed. We’ll even walk you through getting your Colorado marriage license!
DESIGN & STYLING
We’ll make your mood board come to life through a detailed design stage and style everything on the day of. You can be as involved as you like or leave the design and decor options up to our talented team.
BAR & BARTENDERS
Provided by The Wandering Wagon, known for their farm-to-glass ingredients, mixologist created menu, and charming mobile bars. Their Garden to Glass package includes fresh ingredients for two specialty cocktails + mocktails, a mobile bar, a lead bartender, rocks glassware, ice, agave straws, beverage napkins, a menu, Italian Sodas, and non alcoholic beverages.
ALL OF THE FLORALS
We work with some of the best florists in Colorado to coordinate your floral centerpieces and accent pieces, plus a bespoke floral arch for the ceremony, and two floral pieces for the Nearlyweds (like bouquets and/or boutonnieres).
CAKES & CUPCAKES
Includes a gorgeous six-inch cutting cake and cupcakes by Flick of the Whisk. Select from over a dozen amazing cake and frosting flavors. Delicious vegan or gluten-free options are available!
FURNITURE & DECOR
We include tables and chairs for up to 50 guests, a fully styled lounge, a dessert table, card & gift table, and an arch for the ceremony site. All of the items for the tablescapes including plates, cutlery, napkins, table runners, vases, floral, and candles are also included.
TABLE & WALL SIGNAGE
We’ll handle the signage for your welcome table, dessert table, and signature cocktails. And you even get to pick one of our three fun neon signs for the reception that say Cheers, Better Together, or Let’s Party!
SET UP & TEAR DOWN
Our crew will fully prepare and set up your ceremony and reception spaces and take everything down once your special day has concluded.

MOUNTAIN CRUST + WILD SOCIAL PACKAGE
Now booking for 2025! This is our most stress free package for weddings of up to 50 guests plus the Nearlyweds. This package takes place exclusively at Mountain Crust’s venue. If you’re looking for a location in Denver with incredible views this is the package for you!
Mountain Crust and Wild Social have teamed up to bring our clients the most inclusive and most affordable package. All you need to add is a photographer! No Saturday availability.

VENUE SPACEA ten hour rental of Mountain Crust’s venue featuring a rooftop bar and deck with unobstructed views of the rockies, dining room, dance floor, turfed backyard with bistro lights, yard games, and their vintage pizza truck!
CATERING
Full service catering and service of unlimited wood fire pizza, salad, and one appetizer for three hours of service. We also include plates, flatware, chargers, water goblets, and napkins.

If you’re not in Colorado but still want the same expertise and peace of mind for your micro wedding, this package is for you and is available world wide! We’ll work within your budget to design, style, plus source and coordinate all your vendors.

The majority of our couples keep their total budget around $25K- $35k. This number is heavily dependent on the venue you choose and your food options! We have tons of recommendations for all vendor types in a range of different budget options.

We can adjust the final quote based on the guest count up until the final deposit is due. Please note that a guest count of 50 is our max unless you have upgraded to 65 and paid the additional fee.

Children 3 and under will not impact your guest count! But you may want to consider adding on extra cupcakes for the littles!

We require a minimum of a 10 hour timeframe for whichever venue you choose. This is the time needed for setup, event time and tear down. We offer a great selection of venues that we love as a starting point, but you are welcome to use any venue of your choice

We research vendors and communicate with them to receive quotes for your day. We pass along quotes that align with your budget and style. Once you are ready to book them we connect you with them for payment and signing the contract.

Due to strict Colorado Laws we are fully insured to serve liquor but cannot provide it. We will give you a shopping list for liquor based on guest count, hours of service, and the menu. We always recommend purchasing from a location such as Total Wine that allows returns as there will be leftovers. We will send over a detailed shopping list from the Wandering Wagon so that you will know exactly how much alcohol to purchase for your event.

Yes! We provide china, silverware, and water goblets. We also handle the rest of the tablescapes such as chargers, centerpieces and candles. We offer an add on if you would like to add champagne flutes!
