FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

GENERAL

  • The majority of our couples keep their total budget around $30K- $45k. This number is heavily dependent on the venue you choose and your food options! We have tons of recommendations for all vendor types in a range of different budget options.

  • We research vendors and communicate with them to receive quotes for your day. We pass along quotes that align with your budget and style. Once you are ready to book them we connect you with them for payment and signing the contract.

  • We require a minimum of a 10 hour timeframe for whichever venue you choose. This is the time needed for setup, event time and tear down. We offer a great selection of venues that we love as a starting point, but you are welcome to use any venue of your choice

  • The role of the coordinator is to make sure that everything runs smoothly, make sure the timeline is met and to take care of vendor setup and teardown. We want to make sure that you don’t have to worry about anything on your wedding day!

  • Your package includes four zoom calls to go over your event along with unlimited email access to us! We may choose to do more than four zoom calls if necessary!

  • We do! We will customize your day of timeline to make sure we have all of the most important elements of your special day included!

  • Yes! We have great relationships with photographers all over Colorado (click here to see some of our faves) and we’d be happy to make a recommendation based on your style and then book and coordinate with them on your wedding day.

 

GUEST COUNT

  • We can adjust the final quote based on the guest count up until the final deposit is due. Please note that a guest count of 50 is our max unless you have upgraded to 65 and paid the additional fee.

  • Children 3 and under will not impact your guest count! But you may want to consider adding on extra cupcakes for the littles!

 

INCLUSIONS

  • We do not provide a tent in our package. If you are concerned about the weather we can send over rental recommendations for a tent!

  • We do not provide china, silverware, glassware, champagne flutes or cloth napkins. We do provide disposable plates, silverware, cups and napkins! The other rentals are traditionally handled by either a catering company or a rental company. We can provide you with recommendations for either and will be responsible for coordinating with these companies to ensure everything is set up properly on the day of the event!

  • Absolutely! Any upgrades or additional rentals will be your responsibility. However, we will coordinate and work with the rental companies on the day of your event!

 

ALCOHOL

  • Due to strict Colorado Laws we are fully insured to serve liquor but cannot provide it. We will give you a shopping list for liquor based on guest count, hours of service, and the menu. We always recommend purchasing from a location such as Total Wine that allows returns as there will be leftovers. 

  • At this time, we aren’t offering cash bars.

  • Our calculations for liquor are based off of averages and assume that ⅔’s of the guests are drinking each option so that hopefully we do not run out of any menu item. It is always cheaper to buy the liquor yourself so this is actually a great option!

  • Yes! We can help you customize a drink list that fits your needs

 

CAKE + TREATS

  • We work with the incredible Bryonna at Flick of the Whisk! 

  • Yes! The 6 inch cutting cake and cupcakes are included in the package price, but we can always adjust the dessert options to fit what you are looking for. This may include an additional fee. 

  • Yes! Flick of the Whisk offers incredible gluten free and vegan options, this may include an additional fee.

 

FLORALS

  • Depending on what is needed for each couple, you will receive floral for two (bouquet and boutonniere, bouquet and bouquet, or boutonniere and boutonniere). You will also receive a floral arch piece for the backdrop of your ceremony and up to 15 small table centerpieces (depending on guest count).  

  • Yes! If you are choosing to have a bridal party and would like to add on additional bouquets or boutonnieres we can send you a brochure from our florist with pricing. You may also choose to add on additional floral for your event in the form of larger centerpieces, or accent florals. Whatever your vision, no problem, we can connect you with our florist to discuss pricing.
